As an ex-pro athlete, 3x powerlifting record holder, ran track for army, Master Fitness Trainer Certified, nutritionist, 3rd Degree black belt, parents, coach, mentor, doctor, life coach and tutor I realize you never stop learning and there’s no one way to do anything: learn, train, or parent. So if we can create a community where parents can meet, fellowship and grow then our kids will know no limitations and elevate to our ELITE expectations becoming ATHLETIC GENIUSES where their mind and body are limitlessly balanced.
